This information applies once a paid contract for FormalEngine is concluded. During the waitlist phase, no paid contract is formed.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer and a statutory right of withdrawal applies, you may generally withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period begins as provided by applicable law.

How to exercise it

Effects

If withdrawal is effective, payments received will be reimbursed as required by law. If you expressly requested that a service begin during the withdrawal period, proportionate payment may be due for the service supplied up to withdrawal where permitted by law.
