Additional information and terms for consumers.
This consumer information supplements the general terms for consumer contracts.
1. Contracting party

2. Main characteristics
FormalEngine is a digital SaaS service. The selected plan determines company, operator and node limits and available governance/evidence functionality. Managed compute and external model costs may be additional.
3. Total price
Consumer prices are displayed including applicable VAT. Before any paid order, the total price, billing interval, additional charges and contract duration will be displayed explicitly.
4. Contract start and digital service
A paid contract is formed only through an order flow clearly marked as creating a payment obligation or an individually confirmed order. The current waitlist does not create a paid contract.
5. Duration and cancellation
Monthly plans renew monthly and may be cancelled for the end of the current billing period. Annual plans run for twelve months. Information required by law will be shown before any automatic renewal.
6. Statutory rights for digital products
Mandatory statutory rights for digital products and services remain unaffected, including remedies for non-conformity and required updates.
7. Withdrawal
Consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details and a model form are available under Withdrawal. If digital service delivery is to start before the withdrawal period expires, any legally required express requests/acknowledgements will be collected in the future checkout.
